Initial public offering of InstallatørGruppen on Nasdaq Copenhagen – DKK 1.2bn

InstallatørGruppen A/S, a leading provider of multi-disciplinary technical installation services, today announces the outcome of the initial public offering of its shares on Nasdaq Copenhagen. The Offering attracted strong interest from large institutional investors as well as the general public. The Offering was substantially oversubscribed. Trading on Nasdaq Copenhagen commences today, 11 June 2026.

The portfolio companies provide installation, service and maintenance of technical systems. DNB Carnegie acted as Joint Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner in connection with the IPO. In addition, DNB Bank ASA acted as lender in the Group’s new financing facilities established in connection with the IPO.
