DNB Carnegie acted as exclusive financial adviser to the owners of Lomax in connection with the sale of Lomax to the owners of GaveFabrikken and reinvestment in the joint holding company

GaveFabrikken’s holding company has entered into an agreement to acquire Lomax, a well-established Danish supplier of office products and workplace solutions for businesses. The transaction brings together two strong companies operating in the corporate gifts and office supplies markets under a common ownership structure. Both companies will continue as independent sister companies with their own management teams, organisations and brands.

The transaction supports the ambition of building a group of strong, independent brands serving the Danish corporate market. Backed by Capidea, the companies are expected to benefit from a stronger platform for continued growth while preserving their individual identities and market positions.
