Carnegie has acted as exclusive financial adviser to the owners of Dansk Bygningskontrol A/S in the divestment to Polygon Group, owned by Triton Partners, which provides solutions to prevent, control and mitigate the effects of water, fire and climate.

Dansk Bygningskontrol is a Danish nationwide company with the core business being damage control and restoration of damages caused by water, fire, and climate. The company is headquartered in Hvidovre, Denmark, with approximately 230 employees distributed among 12 centres. The company employs 230 people and had revenues of DKK 205m in 2016/17.
