Carnegie acted as financial adviser to Bang & Olufsen

Carnegie advised Bang & Olufsen in transfer of its Automotive assets (“Bang & Olufsen Automotive”) and brand license agreement with HARMAN International Industries, Incorporated. Thereby, HARMAN holds an exclusive license to the Bang & Olufsen and B&O PLAY brands within the Automotive industry.

Bang & Olufsen Automotive comprises development, production and sale of exclusive audio systems for high-end cars. Car brand partners include Aston Martin, Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz. The company has experienced significant growth in recent years, and has established itself as the preferred provider of audio systems in the premium car market.

HARMAN is an American audio and infotainment company listed on New York Stock Exchange with approx. 17,600 employees and reported revenue of USD 5.9 billion in 2014.
