Solita Oy owned by Apax Digital has entered into an agreement to acquire the shares in Commentor A/S for an undisclosed amount. The transaction enables Solita to further strengthen its Danish presence and their Pan-Nordic European position as a leading Next-gen IT service company. Solita will support and invest in Commentor’s continued growth journey and position as a top tier Danish IT service company. The combined entity will have close to 1500 employees.
