Carnegie acted as financial advisor to Vendis Capital in the sale of ferm LIVING to Maj Invest

ferm LIVING, Vendis Capital and Maj Invest have today (21st December) announced that Maj Invest has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in ferm LIVING from Vendis Capital for an undisclosed amount. After a five-year holding period where revenue and EBIT doubled, Vendis Capital and the founder of ferm LIVING had been looking for a new partner to continue to expand ferm LIVING’s international footprint and contract market presence. The management and founder, Trine Andersen, remain invested in the company. Carnegie acted as financial adviser to Vendis Capital and founder, Trine Andersen, in connection with the sale.
