Mentha has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in HOLMRIS B8 for an undisclosed amount. The transaction enables HOLMRIS B8 to further expand its international presence while maintaining its market-leading position in Denmark. Mentha will continue to support and invest in HOLMRIS B8’s ambitious sustainability agenda, driving the sustainable transformation of the industry. The acquisition of HOLMRIS B8 represents Mentha’s second investment in Denmark.
