The Danish pension fund PKA has entered into a financing agreement with BaseCamp to facilitate the development of a 23,000 sqm student housing project at Skovbrynet, Kongens Lyngby. The project was awarded the “Project Award” for best and most remarkable new project in 2018 by Estate Media and is BaseCamp’s third property development project in Denmark. The project includes the development of more than 600 student housing units and up to 3,000 sqm of social areas. The financing agreement entails a total credit facility of DKK 604m and ensures the construction of the property development project in full.
