Carnegie acted as financial adviser to Boozt and the shareholders

Sampension, Friheden Invest and a group of current shareholders invest DKK 200 million in Boozt. The capital injection strengthens the company’s growth opportunities in the attractive e-commerce market.

Boozt is a leading Nordic e-commerce fashion retailer specialising in Nordic brands. The company consists of the online multi-brand shop, Boozt.com, and the mono brand business operating online shops for fashion brands.

Boozt is experiencing strong growth and in 2015 the company’s revenue is expected to exceed SEK 1 billion.

Sampension and Friheden Invest join, among others, Sunstone Capital, Verdane Capital VII, ECCO holding and management as shareholders in Boozt.
