DNB Carnegie acted as financial adviser to the Sellers in connection with the sale of a majority stake in Lakrids by Bülow to IDG Capital

IDG Capital (“IDG”) has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Lakrids by Bülow (“LBB”) for an undisclosed consideration from the previous shareholders, including Valedo (SE). Under IDG Capital ownership, LBB will accelerate their international expansion and continue their mission to ‘make the world love liquorice’.

Lakrids by Bülow is an international premium confectionery brand with a Danish heritage known for its chocolate-coated gourmet liquorice and unique flavors.
