Ramboll has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of Envidan for an undisclosed consideration from the European private equity firm Waterland (NL) and a group of minority shareholders. With this acquisition, Ramboll’s international technical consultancy services, including Ramboll’s water practice will grow to 19,000 experts.
