Carnegie Sole Manager in secondary placing in Vestas

Carnegie acted as sole manager in the DKK 612 million secondary offering of shares in Vestas Wind Systems, equal to 1.96% of the company’s share capital, representing Schouw & Co’s entire holding.

 

Vestas is the only global energy company dedicated exclusively to wind energy.
