Carnegie advised SE and PFA Pension in the acquisition of 100 per cent of DONG Energy’s DK onshore wind portfolio for a total sum of DKK 760 million.The wind farm portfolio consist of 272 operational onshore wind turbines with a total capacity of 196 MW. The acquisition is the first investment by SE and PFA Pension’s newly establish joint venture, SE Blue Renewables, which is owned 50/50 by SE and PFA Pension.
SE is the third largest energy company in Denmark, and one of the largest Danish providers of internet access, TV and telecommunication. PFA Pension is the largest commercial pension fund in Denmark with more than 650,000 private customers and more than 10,000 corporate customers.
