Carnegie Joint Bookrunner in secondary placing in Pandora

Carnegie acted as Joint Bookrunner in DKK 4,900 million secondary placing in Pandora. Funds managed by private equity firm Axcel, Pewic Holding, Per Algot Enevoldsen and Christian Algot Enevoldsen sold 20 million shares in Pandora, representing approx. 15.4% of the share capital.

 

Pandora designs, manufactures and markets hand-finished and modern jewellery made from genuine materials at affordable prices. Pandora jewellery is sold in more than 70 countries on six continents through approx. 10,300 point of sale, including approx. 1,000 Concept stores, In 2012, Pandora’s total revenue was DKK 6.7 billion.
