Carnegie acted as financial adviser to Adelis Equity Partners in the sale of Mobilhouse to a consortium led by Kirk Kapital

A consortium led by Kirk Kapital has entered into an agreement to acquire the shares in Mobilhouse A/S from Adelis Equity Partners for an undisclosed amount. The company was founded in 1961 and has grown to become a leading provider of temporary modular buildings for private and public customers across Denmark. Following a strategic shift in 2017 towards 100% rental of temporary modular buildings, Mobilhouse has built a solid and scalable business, with a strong management. Mobilhouse has in Kirk Kapital now found a partner to assist in further accelerating the growth of the business in coming years.
