Carnegie acted as exclusive financial adviser to IK Partners in connection with the sale of Løgismose to Halberg

Halberg A/S (“Halberg”) has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Løgismose A/S (“Løgismose”) for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition of Løgismose represents Halberg’s platform investment in the food sector, introducing a new business segment for the company. Halberg is committed to develop Løgismose through the strong collaboration with Salling Group and by expanding internationally while maintaining Løgismose’s core values of ‘Taste’, ‘Attitude’ and ‘Craftsmanship’.
