The recruitment process
We want to ensure that you have a positive experience when applying for a job at DNB Carnegie, and that starts with clear and open communication throughout the entire process.
When you submit your application through our portal, you will immediately receive a confirmation along with information about when you can expect to hear from us next.
If you are invited to an interview, we will contact you by phone and follow up with an email confirmation. You will also be notified if you are not being considered for the role, or if you are not among the first candidates selected for interviews. You are always welcome to reach out to our People & Culture team if you would like further clarification.
If you do not move forward after the interview stage, we will inform you by phone, giving you the chance to ask for feedback on the decision.
Job interviews
The first interview will focus on learning about your background and motivation for applying to the job, as well as providing you with detailed information about the job, team, and our work culture. We are looking to determine if it is a good match. This conversation typically lasts for about one hour.
If you are invited to another interview, you will receive an invitation to complete a behavioral assessment and a logical reasoning test.
During the second interview we will dive deeper, and you will get the opportunity to ask any questions you need to assess if the job is right for you. Additionally, we will align our expectations regarding a potential future collaboration.
Your first days at DNB Carnegie
Both you and we share a strong interest in ensuring you are properly equipped to succeed in the job both professionally and socially. Through your personalized onboarding program, you will receive relevant professional information and a thorough introduction to DNB Carnegie’s business and work culture. You will also meet with representatives from the entire Danish organization including CEO, Jacob Bastholm. This gives you an early opportunity to build strong relationships within your team and across the company.
Your feedback is important for our continued focus on welcoming new employees in the best way possible. After four months in your role, you will be asked to give an evaluation of the recruiting process and onboarding experience.
