All complaints will be dealt with in confidence and as soon as possible.

If your inquiry does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Financial Appeals Board:

The Complaint Board processes complaints about private customer relationships. The Complaint Board may process complaints from business owners, if the complaint does not differ significantly from a complaint about a private customer relationship. The Complaint Board does not process complaints from companies.
