Investment Banking

In the Investment Banking department, we provide strategic and financial advisory services as well as project management for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), stock market listings and equity capital market transactions (ECM), and debt capital market transactions (DCM). We work to ensure that society's resources are used where they create the most value. For example, this may involve ensuring that new technologies receive the necessary resources, or that complementary and critical competencies are brought together, thereby increasing the efficiency of existing industries. The Investment Banking department at DNB Carnegie consists of approximately 190 employees, of which 40 are based in Denmark. We work closely with our equity research and sales departments, as well as with our wealth management division.
